President shall serve as the executive officer of the Association; shall preside over meetings; direct the implementation of policy and programs of the Association; oversee and manage all Association employees, whether direct or contract; sign checks; execute contracts and other written instruments authorized by the Board; perform other such duties as required to maintain the efficiency of the Association; and other duties as may be directed by the Board.

Secretary

Secretary shall maintain and preserve the official records of the Association; keep membership records; provide notice for, and minutes of, meetings; receive and maintain the correspondence of the Association; perform duties at the direction of the President; and other duties as may be directed by the Board.

Treasurer

Treasurer shall maintain the financial records of the Association; review and reconcile receipts and deposits, and disbursements and withdrawals; sign checks; prepare the annual budget for the Association; monitor and make recommendations for the financial health of the Association; provide a financial report at each Board of Directors and general membership meeting; prepare an annual statement of income and expenses; perform duties at the direction of the President; and other duties as may be directed by the Board.

Unit 01 Director

Unit Directors shall be the primary liaison to the members of their Unit and represent the interests of their Unit to the Board.

Unit 01 members include Accountant and Senior Accountant Auditor; Administrative Officer; Deputy and Senior Deputy City Attorney; Fire Assistant Chief; IT Supervisor and Manager; Operations General Supervisor; Personnel, Senior Personnel and Principal Personnel Analyst; Police Lieutenant and Captain; Program Specialist and Manager; Senior and Principal Systems Engineer; Senior and Principal Planner; Senior and Principal Applications Developer; Senior, Supervising, and Principal Engineer; various Superintendent titles; and others.
